The Spring ISD Police Department is proud to host our 3rd Annual Women's Leadership Forum on Thursday, August 6, 2026, and we invite leaders from law enforcement to join us for a morning dedicated to leadership, growth, and inspiration.

This year's program features two exceptional women whose leadership has impacted our profession:

⭐ Chief Carrie Ellis
President, Texas Police Chiefs Association
Chief of Police, Central Texas College Police Department

⭐ Assistant Chief Patricia Cantu
Houston Police Department

Together, they will share their experiences, leadership journeys, and lessons learned while breaking barriers and leading with excellence.

Whether you are an established leader, an emerging professional, or someone who simply wants to become a better leader, this forum is designed to provide meaningful conversations, practical leadership insights, and valuable networking opportunities.
